“There”, is a weird book written and illustrated by Marie-Louise Fitzpatrick. “There” is a book about a child wandering through multiple different places trying to find There. There represents growing up and not being a kid anymore. Throughout the book the child is asking if there will by dragons and rainbows. My first connection is I have little two little cousins and they always ask what it’s like to grow up, but I just say: I don’t know I’m not there yet. My second connection is iv read some poems on growing up and how are bodys grow but we stay the same. My third connection is that we are all gonna grow up someday maybe not today or tomorrow but someday.
